Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Minute taking on all meetings
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clientsCollating and filing expenses

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Able to work on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word able to type 30 words per minute
  • Travelling will be required
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Take pride in personal appearance must be presentable, very professional and confident
  • Trustworthy and Honest
  • Self-motivated
  • Enjoy working and interacting with people.
  • Matric (Grade 12)
